Pre
Do not eat 2 hours before treatment.
Post
Drink lots of water.
Do not eat 2 hours after treatment.
Walk, jog or exercise for at least 15 minutes (do not sit around after treatment).
Follow all instructions given by laser technician.

It is the client's responsibility to follow our pre and post protocol to ensure safety and efficacy. Upon arrival your laser technician will offer a full consultation and instructions on post treatments.
Pre
Do not go tanning before treatments.
Do not have any Botox in areas to be treated.
Ensure you are not on any medication that causes photosensitivity.
Ensure you have fully shaved the area to be treated.
Post
Do not go tanning.
Do not take a hot shower or bath.
Avoid anything strenuous that will irritate skin that was just treated.
